Refund Policy - the basics

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for:
• Unwanted items (buyer’s remorse)
• Faulty or damaged goods

Conditions:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received after 10 business days, please contact your bank and then reach out to us.
